The vehicle involved is a model produced by Fujian Automotive Industry Group Yundu New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., which is a mixed ownership new energy vehicle production enterprise platform established by Fujian Automotive Industry Group Co., Ltd., Putian State-owned assets Investment Co., Ltd., management team and Fujian Haiyuan Automation Machinery Co., Ltd., which is jointly invested 900 million yuan by Sifang. The first pure electric SUV π 1 was launched in October 2017, and the second pure electric SUV π 3 was also announced in March 2018.

Before the subsidy is not included, the price of Yundu π 1 is 12.78-179800 yuan, and the price of Yundu π 3 is 17.08-204800 yuan. The comprehensive maximum service life is 426km and 401km respectively.

Yundu is one of the first new car building forces to achieve delivery, with sales reaching 9300 vehicles in 2018. With the continuous influx of market competitors, new energy subsidies have fallen sharply, and sales have suffered a sharp decline in the cloud of single products and weak brands. In June 2019, Yundu delivered only 200 new cars, and only 1383 in the first half of the year.

Cloud said that the main reason is that new energy subsidies continue to decline, as well as the overall car market downward, which to a certain extent put a lot of pressure on Yundu new energy. However, Yundu said it would not be difficult to meet its sales target of 20,000 vehicles for the whole year.

In this regard, Zhou Liang, head of Yundu New Energy Public Relations, responded to media reports that the above news is not true, the enterprise is in a normal state of operation, and new models will be launched in the second half of the year. Yundu said that at present, the company has about 1100 people, including about 400 to 500 workers and about 700 R & D personnel.

After experiencing the difficulties of mass production and delivery, the new forces of car building have also ushered in a sharp decline in new energy subsidies, and many enterprises have financial difficulties. Cui Dongshu, secretary general of the China Joint passenger car Association, said: "this year is the year of differentiation of the new power of car building, and next year will be the year of collapse."
