According to Ms. Chen, a strange noise was found in the car in August, so after opening the front hood, it was found that there were traces of residual glue under the engine cover. So Ms. Chen suspected that the part that should have been replaced had not been replaced during the repair, so Ms. Chen drove the car to the nearest repair shop for inspection.

The result of the inspection surprised Ms. Chen. After opening it, the maintenance workers found that there were cracks in the anti-collision steel beam, and there were cracks large and small above the vertical beam of the anti-collision beam. And by comparing the left and right anti-collision beam, you can find that the anti-collision beam on the right has obvious deformation. Ms. Chen suspected that the maintenance staff of the 4S store did not take any maintenance measures, but knocked back directly.

For the situation at the top of the anti-collision beam, the after-sales manager of the 4S store said that it had been repaired, but because there was no spray painting, as long as it was polished, it was OK to polish it. That's why I saw the uneven situation. As for the cracking of the anti-collision beam and the vertical beam of the anti-collision beam, the person in charge also said that it had also been repaired and had been pried back, but the process was not perfect. For the various problems after maintenance, the person in charge attributed it to the lack of responsibility of the quality inspectors.

When the 4S store handed over the repaired Land Rover to Ms. Chen, it issued a factory certificate for the completion of motor vehicle maintenance, but the quality inspector of the certificate was not signed.

According to the investigation of Haikou Road Transport Management Office, the position of quality inspector in the 4S store has been vacant for as long as two months. According to the relevant regulations, after the vehicle is repaired, it is necessary to issue a certificate in triplicate, which must be signed by the quality inspector, which means that the vehicles maintained by the 4S store in the past two months have not been inspected by the quality inspector. In this regard, Haikou City Road Transport Management Office asked the 4S store to recall vehicles that had been repaired for nearly two months for quality inspection.

If the anti-collision steel beam is cracked, then pry it back; the top of the steel beam is deformed because it is not polished and even conceals the departure of the quality inspector. These events have chilled the heart of the car owner, Ms. Chen, but the problems are not so bad.

Ms. Chen said the Land Rover was sent to the 4S store for repairs, but Ms. Chen was not consulted before the 4S store was repaired. It was not until the problem gradually surfaced that the 4S store opened maintenance details. Secondly, it is not Ms. Chen who signs on the maintenance details, and she is also skeptical about the maintenance.

To this end, Ms. Chen contacted Hainan Xin Ansheng Trade Insurance Company and asked it to compare the old car parts one by one to see whether the 4S store had been truthfully replaced. However, the acceptance personnel who arrived later said that it was very difficult, because the car was repaired more than in May, and it has been 3 months up to now, and the retention period is too long to keep it for that long.

According to the acceptance personnel, they have a cooperative relationship with the insurance company, in which the vehicle maintenance is tested by the 4S store, then transferred by the insurance company, and the old parts are photographed and recycled.

When asked where the old parts went, the inspector said that they would go directly to the scrap plant to scrap them and then sell them. For the abnormal situation after vehicle maintenance, the administrator said that they will check the appearance and check the old parts to confirm the replacement parts. However, due to the repair condition of the internal parts can not be taken apart, can not be confirmed. The acceptance personnel said that in the case of unable to confirm the internal condition of the vehicle, it will also be confirmed, even if the parts need to be replaced, can not be 100% confirmed.

Ms. Chen wanted to confirm that the requirement for replacement parts could not be met, and for the problems that occurred after Ms. Chen spent 190000 yuan on overhauling, the 4S store offered to repair the vehicle and give it a maintenance as compensation, and Ms. Chen could not accept the proposal put forward by the 4S store.

At the same time, on August 7, due to the lack of quality inspectors and the recent increase in complaints, Haikou Road Traffic Management Office issued a rectification notice against Hainan Sinochem South Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., requiring that before the quality inspectors were in place, vehicle secondary maintenance, assembly maintenance and other business shall not be carried out.

After the coordination of multi-departments in Haikou City, on the afternoon of August 10, the car owner and Hainan Sinochem South Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. reached a vehicle maintenance settlement agreement.

Zeng Jiazong, general manager of Hainan Sinochem South Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., said that at this stage, it will strengthen internal management, strictly rectify the problems existing in the maintenance workshop, and ensure that vehicles are provided to car owners during the maintenance period; promise to repair the vehicle according to the owner's request before August 20 until the vehicle passes the safety test.
