And with the current situation of the initial success of the Asian dragon made in China, the Asian dragon has replaced the crown to some extent, the price has advanced to the range of 20-300000 and well received, and it is perfectly replaced by Lexus. The market is bleak, and it has its own problems, even with the installation of some parts. FAW Toyota immediately recalled a total of 130375 Crown cars made between January 22, 2015 and January 23, 2019. Because these crowns are not standard in the manufacturing process and the rear bumper reinforcements are improperly installed, if the rear of the vehicle is hit, the people inside the car are easy to be injured. People do not feel that the emergence of such low-level problems has made most consumers feel completely disappointed with the crown.

There are still many factors for the delay in the introduction of 15-generation crowns. Asian Dragons and Lexus ES share 60% of their parts, and their monthly sales have reached about 6000 million. At present, the price of Asian dragons is 20.88-289800 yuan. If the crown is made in China, then the price must be higher than that of Asian dragons, then once it reaches the price range of more than 300000 yuan, it will certainly compete head-on with Audi A6L, and the crown will certainly not be able to sell Audi.

In addition, the 15th generation Crown uses the TNGA rear-drive platform, while Lexus uses the TNGA front-drive platform. If the 15 generations of Crown made in China, the price will also be higher than Lexus ES. Then the status of domestic crown will be even more awkward, facing not only the competition from Asian dragon and Lexus ES, but also the competition from Audi A6L.

At present, the Crown is really awkward.
