Porsche's first sedan, the SUV,Cayenne Coupe, will go on sale in Qingdao on August 18. The new car will launch two gasoline versions, Cayenne Coupe and Cayenne Turbo Coupe, priced at 998000 yuan and 1.908 million yuan respectively, and a hybrid model will be launched at a later stage.

In terms of appearance, the front face design of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe basically maintains the design of the current Porsche Cayenne, while the biggest changes in the new car are concentrated on the side and rear of the body. The roof adopts slip-back design, and the adaptive roof spoiler is optimized.

In the rear part, the new car also uses the popular through taillight group and a total of four exhaust at the bottom.

The new car comes standard with panoramic glass roof, but cannot be opened; in addition, a stronger carbon fiber roof can be selected. Among them, the glass roof area is 2.16 square meters, and the lighting area is 0.92 square meters.

In terms of interior decoration, the overall design is consistent with that of Cayenne. Most of the operation and control systems of the center console are integrated in the central screen, and the five-link dashboard in the middle is also retained, but the central tachometer is mechanically designed. Unlike the Cayenne model, the Cayenne Coupe comes with standard Sport Chrono components, which costs 13500 yuan on Cayenne.

On the power side, Cayenne Coupe will inherit all the powertrains of the Cayenne series. Cayenne Coupe is equipped with 3.0T V6 turbocharged engine with maximum power of 340hp, peak torque of 450Nm Coupe S with 2.9T V6 twin turbocharged engine, maximum power of 440hp, peak torque of 550Nm Coupe Turbo with 4.0T V8 twin turbocharged engine, maximum power of 550hp, peak torque 770Nm. All three models match the eight-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission.

In addition to the three identified models, Porsche officials also released two plug-in hybrid models of the Cayenne Coupe. The Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupe is equipped with a 3.0T engine and an electric motor, with a combined maximum power of 462hp, a peak torque of 700Nm, an acceleration time of 5.1s for 0-100km/h, and a top speed 253km/h.

Sedan SUV has gradually become the star model of SUV market segment, and the major manufacturers are launching sedan models. Porsche's new Cayenne coup é is also its first attempt at a sedan SUV. And the starting price of 990000, I don't know what price it will be close to after matching, but customers who can choose Cayenne Coupe may not give it up because of the price.
