The 4S store also took apart the vehicle engine for testing, and soon found the cause of the fault, but the 4S store said that the vehicle failure could not be insured. Mr. Xu said the response from the BMW manufacturer was that the vehicle program had been tampered with. But for this reply, Mr. Xu said that he did not agree, and the manufacturer was required to give the corresponding evidence, but the store could not provide it.

Through understanding, the after-sales manager of the BMW 4S store in Shaoxing Baoshun said that the main problem with Mr. Xu's vehicle was that the second cylinder did not work. After disassembling it, it was found that there were cracks in the piston, gas ring and oil ring, so it was preliminarily determined that the vehicle piston needed to be replaced. The maintenance cost is about 50,000 yuan, which needs to be borne by Mr. Xu himself.

As for the reason why Mr. Xu's vehicle was tampered with, the after-sales manager said that at present, the suggestion given by the BMW manufacturer through normal information feedback to the manufacturer, and this suggestion can also be queried through the background data.

In this regard, Mr. Xu insisted that he had not moved the vehicle, and since the manufacturer questioned that the vehicle had been tampered with, he had to have an evidence to see, but the manufacturer could not come up with a basis and could only give a conclusion, so he could not be convinced.

Mr. Xu said that next, he will conduct quality inspection of the vehicle through a third-party organization. We will also continue to pay attention.

For vehicle problems, manufacturers only give the conclusion that consumers need to bear the burden of no insurance, but have been unable to come up with evidence, which is really unable to convince consumers.
