A slogan "Golden Cup 10-seat yellow card can enter the second Ring Road" attracted the attention of many car owners who could not get the number.

Therefore, among the hundreds of thousands of people who are difficult to get license plates in Beijing, many people began to aim at 10-seat medium-sized buses such as Golden Cup Grace, Ford Quanshun and so on.

It has been learned from a sales consultant at Jinbei 4S store that in the past, buyers of Jinbei generally used their cars to pull goods and customers, but now the number of buyers based on household demands is beginning to increase.

Today, Beijing residents, who can not shake their accounts, are struggling to find a way out between the gaps in the intersection of systems, and have partially caught fire with the sales of some models. National sales of the Golden Cup Grace were 1011 in June, down 48.9 per cent from a year earlier, according to the Federation of passengers. The sales of the Jinbei 4S store said that dozens of models can be sold in their store in a month.

In addition to 9-seat light passenger models and 10-seat medium-sized buses, at the beginning of this year, pick-up trucks were lifted one after another in several provinces and cities, and news of lifting the ban was constantly heard in Beijing, where pick-up trucks can be directly listed on the Beijing license plate without lottery. As a result, pickup sales in the Beijing market began to rise from July 2018 and exceeded 4000 in December 2018. In the first two months of 2019, more than 5000 pick-up trucks were sold in Beijing, ranking second in the national market and surpassing Yunnan Province.

However, a yellow card requires a B driver's license, and it has been learned from the coach of a driving school in Beijing that more students have taken the B-license since last year. It is understood that the students who have increased B1 are mainly divided into two categories. Most of them are outsiders who come to Beijing to do self-employed business and need to buy a medium-sized bus to solicit goods or passengers. But now some of the new students are mainly Beijing households, and the number has not been registered at home. The proportion of people who need to solve the problem of using cars can reach 10%.

With the addition of pick-up trucks and medium and light buses, the travel options of residents living in the suburbs of Beijing have increased again. Previously, hanging non-local license plates was the first choice for Beijing suburban residents to drive. But now, this approach also faces new problems.

In June last year, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Communications issued a new policy on non-local license plates, proposing that starting from November 1, 2019, vehicles with non-local license plates, if they enter the roads within the sixth Ring Road (excluding) and the global roads in Tongzhou District (excluding the main highway road), each vehicle will apply for a maximum of 12 passes to enter Beijing each year.

For some car owners can still accept, but for some more high-frequency car demand groups generally can only choose to lease, transfer of ownership to obtain the Beijing license. However, for leasing, marriage transfer to get license plates, related risk disputes can be seen everywhere, which also led to many people do not dare to try.

In June this year, Guangzhou and Shenzhen issued documents on increasing car purchase targets, in which Guangzhou will increase the quota of incremental indicators for small and medium-sized buses by 100000 on the basis of the current 120000 indicators from June 2019 to December 2020. Since June 2019, Shenzhen has increased the annual increment index of ordinary cars by 40,000 from 2019 to 2020, on the basis of the original target of 80,000 per year. At present, there is no sign of loosening the car purchase index in Beijing.
