According to the official knowledge of the Hedong traffic police, on the afternoon of August 23, the traffic police received a report from netizens that a "Zhongtai" off-road vehicle with a license plate number of Lu Q1H1N1 * in a courtyard in Hedong District was changed to a "Porsche" sign and asked the police to seize it. After receiving the report, the police of the second squadron of the Hedong traffic police brigade immediately rushed to the district to conduct a pull-net investigation, and finally found the car in front of the kindergarten in the district.

According to the police, although the logo of the car has been changed, it can be seen at a glance from the model that the car is a "Zhongtai" car. when the police contacted the owner by phone, the owner unexpectedly said that he had done this when he bought the car. such a fake operation still wants to fool the police and must be severely punished.

According to Article 57 of the Motor vehicle Registration regulations, the owner of the "Zhongtai" vehicle will be fined 500 yuan if he changes the shape of the vehicle and registered relevant technical data without authorization. As the owner claimed that he was not at home and could not be dealt with at the scene, the police seized the car in accordance with the law and waited for the owner to go to the traffic police team for further treatment.

In fact, there are many such examples. More than a year ago, when Chengdu Yizhong Thai changed to Porsche, the owner was caught by the traffic police on the spot. Zhongtai owner said: "to buy this car is to feel very similar to Porsche. In order to have more face, it is specially equipped with a foreign license plate." As a result, the Zhongtai SR9 logo was all scratched, making people mistake it for a Porsche, and forged a fake license and driving license. In the end, the traffic police fined him 12000 yuan and imposed administrative detention for 20 days.

The police also reminded that it is illegal to change the vehicle logo without authorization, and can not participate in the annual inspection of the vehicle without authorization.
