According to the examination, as of 24:00 on August 8, 2019, there are 3317404 valid codes and 66820 units for ordinary minibus indicators, and 442411 valid codes and 9575 units for new energy minibus indicators.

Examined and confirmed by the Municipal Public Security and Traffic Administration, 56 indicators of the allocation of unused individual ordinary minibuses expired on June 26,2018, which will be included in the allocation of personal ordinary minibuses in this period according to regulations, so this phase will be equipped with 6389 indicators of individual ordinary minibuses and 266 indicators of ordinary minibuses of the configuration unit.

According to the previously announced total volume and configuration ratio of minibuses in 2019, the annual quota of minibuses in 2019 is 100000, which is the same as that in 2018. Among them, individual ordinary car index is 38000, personal new energy index is 54000. In terms of new energy indicators, 54000 indicators of personal new energy minibuses have been allocated in the first phase this year, and the valid application codes approved by the rest continue to wait in accordance with the regulations.

As of this period, more than 440000 people in the city continue to wait for the new energy target, and new applicants may wait at least nine years, that is, 2028, to get the target. According to the working opinion of the Beijing Municipal Committee of economy and Information Technology of the Beijing Municipal higher people's Court on restricting people who have broken promises from participating in the allocation of indicators of minibuses in this city (Jinggao Law Fafa [2018] No. 74), the court of this city has determined that a total of 5480 persons with bad faith have been restricted to participate in the allocation of indicators of minibuses in this period. If the applicant has any objection to being included in the list of persons subject to breach of trust, he or she may determine the cause of the case through the Beijing Court trial Information Network (www.bjcourt.gov.cn), or submit it to the enforcement court in accordance with the law.
