This explanation was unacceptable to Ms. Zhu, so she contacted the relevant media for help. Knowing that there was media, 4S store transferred two brand-new strut parts, and at the same time, it also helped Ms. Zhu replace the struts on both sides of the back door without charging any fee.

But this move, let Ms. Zhu still have the behavior of 4S store before. For this behavior, the explanation given by the 4S store is that they are completely well-intentioned, the car has been insured, and they do not want to charge customer fees.

The after-sales manager of the 4S store explained why she did not inform consumers in advance, saying that it was indeed their negligence to replace old parts with customers, and then gave Ms. Zhu free replacement parts as an apology.

For this query, Ms. Zhu's car was indeed insured, but she did not refuse to repair it at her own expense. She only said that there was no charge after she found it, if she hadn't found it. Ms. Zhu said that Lutheran did not let her spend clearly and needed to make compensation for it, and the matter was still under negotiation.

Previously, it has been exposed that some Land Rover owners sent their vehicles to 4S stores for maintenance due to an accident, and they also found that they were suspected of replacing new parts with old parts, but the price was indeed charged according to the new original import price.
