On September 30th, Mr. Shao of Jinhua bought a Mercedes-Benz E at Yongkang Guobang Mercedes-Benz 4S store, which cost a total of 420000 yuan. As a result, the car couldn't drive on the way home that day.

Mr. Shao said that it was nearly an hour's drive home, but before he got home, the car wobbled. After the car stopped, it hung up in P gear (parking gear), and then put on D gear (forward gear) and could not be in gear.

While the vehicle could not be in gear, the sign "do not gear, go to the authorized service center" was also displayed on the display screen on the car. in desperation, Mr. Shao could only tow the faulty vehicle back to the 4S store, and the fault was quickly detected. it's due to a problem with the gearbox valve body.

In this regard, Mr. Shao put forward a request to replace a car. According to Mr. Shao, the new car he bought has only been driven for more than an hour, but there is something wrong with only 42.5 kilometers, and he is not sure whether there will be the same safety risks after the car is repaired.

For Mr. Shao's request, the 4S store disagreed and said that it could not be replaced but could only be repaired. Among them, the account manager of Yongkang Guobang 4S store said Mr. Shao's vehicle: "it is an elegant sensor above the solenoid valve failure, according to the current report is recommended to replace the gearbox valve body."

Is it caused by the operation behavior of Mr. Shao as to why there is this problem with the new car? The person in charge of the 4S store also said that it had nothing to do with Mr. Shao's operation. However, as to whether the vehicle itself has quality problems, the person in charge did not make a positive response.

At present, there is still a dispute between the two sides as to whether the vehicle has reached the standard of return and replacement. 4S store said that the valve body problem of the current vehicle belongs to non-power transmission components, that is, it is not directly transmitted to power.

With regard to the problems existing in Mr. Shao's vehicle at present, a person from the Zhejiang Consumer Protection Commission said: "losing control means losing the control of the person and the driver. As long as any vehicle cannot move forward or backward in accordance with the driver's intention, it is called out of control. Therefore, with reference to the laws and regulations that are out of control, the vehicle is in line with the conditions for return and replacement."

At present, for the Consumer Protection Commission's reply and Mr. Shao's situation, the 4S store said that it will also give feedback to the manufacturers, and we will continue to note the situation afterwards.
