On August 15, Ms. Li was rear-ended by other vehicles at the gate of the Yatai gas station on Wuling Road, Jilin Province, and was finally judged to be the other party's full responsibility. After confirming the responsible party, the owner of the other car will dial the insurance company and send Ms. Li's vehicle to Chengbang Shahezi store of Guangzhou Automobile and Toyota in Jilin City for maintenance.
On August 21, Ms. Li was informed by the store to pick up the car. Due to personal reasons, Ms. Li went to the 4S store on September 2 to pick up the car.
As a result, Ms. Li found something wrong with her car as soon as she entered the 4S store, and the left side of the front bumper was scraped a lot. Ms. Li said that when the vehicle was delivered at that time, the staff had already inspected the car and indicated on the construction order that the rear part of the car was hit and there was no damage to the body. Ms. Li suspected that the vehicle had been driven.
Then made a further inspection, Ms. Li said that she saw that the mileage on the maintenance list was 32115 km, but as soon as she got on the bus, she found that the mileage on the dashboard was 32253 km, resulting in a difference of 138km. Ms. Li asked the staff to inquire about this doubt, but the other person said she might have made a mistake.
In order to find out the specific reason, Ms. Li and the reporter came to the 4S store again. The store department manager said that Ms. Li's maintenance list was due to the negligence of the staff and was not marked with the accident in front of the vehicle. Although it was not marked, the vehicle was dealt with according to the fact that there was no accident at the store. Maintenance for Ms. Li is free of charge.
As for the extra kilometer speed, the manager said that the staff did not follow the formal process and was mistakenly remembered for a moment. He also said that the car had never been driven out, and that there were cameras in the store that could be checked and monitored.
In response to Ms. Li's query, the store said it would bear all the cost of repairing the vehicle and give it two times of maintenance. But Ms. Li doesn't think she can accept such a solution. A staff member of the store said that they could issue a letter of commitment that the store would be fully responsible for any problems that occurred during the maintenance period.
However, Ms. Li still said that she could not recognize it, and finally, under the coordination of reporters, the two sides finally reached an agreement. The store also gives 6 years of warranty and maintenance as well as all traffic accidents and violations during the repair period.
It is not known whether Ms. Li's car has been driven out privately, but it is indeed suspicious to answer with the negligence of the staff. But no matter how as the staff of the store is responsible for any maintenance, it should be treated seriously and carefully, reflecting that the 4S store should have services.
