In fact, Tesla is suffering from doubts about service and quality recently. However, Tesla said in a statement that his vehicle quality had reached the highest level in the world, and that the data obtained by Tesla did not indicate that he had any abnormal vehicle quality problems in Germany or other parts of the world, although in the process of transportation to customers, vehicles occasionally have defects, but they are unlikely and are not unique to Tesla.

As for service, Tesla insisted that Tesla set a very high standard for the vehicle, and any dissatisfied customer could get a full refund within seven days after the purchase. At the same time, Tesla will quickly solve problems for the affected customers and will expand the construction of service centers around the world in the future.

If the above screen leakage and body panel gap faults are attributed to manufacturing process defects, then Tesla's frequent autopilot failures and vehicle spontaneous combustion incidents in recent years are directly related to vehicle safety.
