According to the information, Suzhou Weima Wisdom Travel Technology Co., Ltd. was established on August 30 this year, and its legal representative is Zhou Chen. Its business scope is technology research and development, technology transfer and technology consultation in the field of intelligent travel technology and new energy smart vehicles; sales of auto parts; import and export of goods and technologies.

The majority shareholder of Weimar Wisdom Travel in Suzhou is Weima Wisdom Travel Technology, with a shareholding ratio of 100%, which means that Weimar Wisdom Travel Technology is still the majority shareholder of Weima Motor. It is worth mentioning that Geely's lawsuit against Weimar for infringement of trade secrets will be heard in the Shanghai High Court.

It is reported that Geely's lawsuit against Weima for infringement of trade secrets was filed in 2018, with the subject matter of the lawsuit reaching 2.1 billion yuan, which may be the highest amount of claims in intellectual property disputes in the domestic automobile industry. However, due to the trade secrets involved, the trial will not be made public. Geely, the plaintiff in this case, seems to be "determined to win". On the eve of the trial, a Geely insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the relevant media that the proposal of Geely's 2.1 billion yuan compensation was based on.

The executive surnamed Hou and the core members of his team then joined Weimar and developed the first Weima model, the EX5. As early as around 2017, Geely received notification from relevant departments about paying attention to information security, and then Geely conducted an internal inspection and found that some core management had not turned in their after-service work computers. After further inspection, it was found that some executives had already started to serve Weimar before leaving. At the same time, those who followed these executives to Weimar also included a group of former Geely's core R & D and engineering and technical personnel.

According to the latest media reports and data released by the Federation of passengers, sales of new energy passenger vehicles nationwide in August 2019 were 64600, down 23.4% from the same period last year.
