According to BAIC New Energy officials, its new medium-sized pure electric car, EU7, was officially launched today, with a total of three versions of the new car priced at 15.99-175900 yuan after comprehensive subsidy. The maximum mileage of the new car NEDC can reach 451Km. At the same time, the new car was replaced with the English letter "BEIJING" new logo.

In terms of appearance, the EU7 uses a closed front grille, the chrome strips above the logo connect the headlights on both sides of the new car, the LED light source is used, and the fog lamp area is connected by a slender chrome decoration.

On the side of the car body, BAIC New Energy EU7 has relatively few bright spots, and the rims use large-size two-color shape. The rear part of the car, the shape is relatively simple, the rear of the large "C" shape shows wide lights, echoing with the front. Because it is a pure electric model, there is no exhaust pipe, and the tail shape is more coordinated and beautiful. In terms of body size, the new car is 4805/1835/1528mm in length, width and height, 2785mm in wheelbase, and positioned as a medium-sized car. The new car provides different styles of tail marks (different mileage) according to different configurations.

The interior part adopts full liquid crystal dashboard and 12-inch suspended central control screen. The inner panel of the door and part of the center console are covered with leather material. Instead of using the knob shift mechanism commonly used in new energy models, the gear handle continues to use the mechanical handle structure commonly used in fuel vehicles, and is wrapped in leather.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 160Kw (218Ps). The power battery is equipped with ternary lithium battery pack, which can bring 451km NEDC comprehensive mileage performance to the car.

As the first large pattern pure electric smart car under the new BEIJING brand, the most prominent change is to abandon the former brand logo and use "BEIJING" as the LOGO. It represents the concrete performance of the integration and upgrading of Beijing Automobile.

Data show that BAIC EU series sales reached 10000 vehicles from January to August this year, still occupying the first place in the new energy market.
