A few days ago, there was a notice about Yundu Automobile on the Internet, about adjusting the attendance notice of Yun Gong in the fourth quarter of 2019. The content is roughly based on the company's production needs, will implement the "part work, part rotation, part full rest" man-hour system.

The plan is for all employees, will make arrangements for the implementation of arrangements for off-duty rest, and suspend the duties of employees. Among them, employees who take time off will implement the "last two days off and three days off" system, unless there are temporary or specific reasons for attendance.

In terms of salary, all employees are paid according to 40% of the current monthly salary during the holiday period; the wages of employees in rotation are paid normally, but the wages are different for different positions during the holiday period.

Among them, the marketing center will be implemented from September 16, 2019, and the other centers will be implemented from October 1, 2019 until the end of this year.

In fact, the current downturn in the car market, coupled with the policy refund, has had a huge impact on the whole market, not only the new power head car companies, but also the rest of the car companies have suffered the impact of impassability.

The first product of Yundu New Energy was launched in 2017, which is relatively early among new car builders. Yundu π 1 has achieved sales of 2400 vehicles in less than three months on the market. Then, in early 2018, Yundu New Energy set a target of 35000 vehicles in 2018.

According to public data, the Yundu New Energy Plant has an annual production capacity of 35000 vehicles per shift, while the annual output of the two shifts is 65000 vehicles, which can achieve a maximum annual production capacity of 80, 000 vehicles. Data show that Yundu New Energy sales reached 7397 vehicles in 2018.

But now Yundu is going from bad to worse, with cumulative sales of only 1383 vehicles in the first half of this year, down about 39% from a year earlier, and about 7% of its annual target, already on the edge of the market. In August this year, its last model, Yundu π 1, sold only 21 vehicles, accounting for only 0.4% of the market.

In fact, there are many new energy car companies with a bumpy fate. More than a dozen companies, including Changjiang Automobile, Future Automobile, Boxun Automobile, Singularity Automobile, and Green Chi Automobile, have been exposed that they are in arrears with their employees' salaries or payments, and some have even taken the initiative to reduce their staff. so that many auto company employees have to pull banners to ask for wages. It is not easy for Yundu to maintain production.

Today, new energy subsidies continue to decline, as well as the overall car market downward, which to a certain extent put a lot of pressure on Yundu new energy. However, with the rapid development of industry and technology and the continuous improvement of relevant policies, the industry threshold of new energy vehicles is bound to be further raised, and low-end brands with insufficient product power will be gradually eliminated. Enterprises that rely on "burning money" may not have the last laugh.
