On August 23, the Shenyang Intermediate people's Court ruled that Xinchen 4S store had an unshirkable responsibility and ordered it to return the car money to the buyer within 60 days. On September 17, the car buyer came to the 4S store again and asked for immediate repayment. The sales manager said that the money was already being audited by the economic investigation brigade, and the money would be repaid after the audit was completed, and it was estimated that it would be received soon.
