After observation and multi-party understanding, they learned that a Jaguar car with Guangdong E706 license E license plate had purchased a parking card, so in early August this year, they spent 200 yuan to customize the same fake license plate. Since then, every time they drive into the underground garage, they put on fake license plates to evade payment.

On the day the vehicle was seized, after the two men drove back to their residence, they forgot to remove the license plate and did not expect to be reported.
