Li Jiangping, director of the Transportation Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, said that the new measures will take the lead in large and medium-sized cities such as municipalities directly under the Central Government, provincial capitals, autonomous region capitals, and cities separately listed on the State plan, and will be fully implemented nationwide by the end of the year, gradually increasing the number of agency outlets of motor vehicle sales enterprises, and achieving full service coverage.

After the implementation of this measure, people no longer need to go back and forth to and from sales enterprises, insurance companies, vehicle management offices, and other places for car purchase registration, which will benefit more than 15 million car owners every year, and the time cost will be reduced from one day or even a few days to within one hour. the average annual transportation cost is saved of at least 200 million yuan.

According to the Beijing traffic control department, 103 qualified 4S stores in Beijing have achieved pre-sale vehicle pre-inspection, data pre-examination and information pre-entry. When buying new cars in these 4S stores, citizens can quickly register domestic inspection-free minibuses and enjoy full-process services such as vehicle purchase, insurance, tax payment, registration and so on.
