Recently, when Mr. Mei repaired tires in another 4S store, when the staff obtained the maintenance records, he found that the steering gear accessories replaced by Zhongsheng Juxing Mercedes-Benz 4S store were "remanufactured parts", not the original parts, and there was a clear note on the maintenance bill. Zhongsheng Juxing Mercedes-Benz 4S store said that even if the parts are remanufactured, the 4S store will be responsible for the corresponding after-sales. Mr. Mei did not approve and insisted on keeping the promise.

In the end, the two sides still did not reach an agreement through consultation. The staff did not respond to the price difference of the steering plane. The reason why this case is controversial is that the original factory parts are not used in the maintenance of 4S store.
