After discovering the problem, Mr. Zhang also went to the 4S store for inspection and maintenance many times, but he did not expect to repair it over and over again, but the problem was still unsolved.

Mr. Zhang said that after driving the car to the 4S store, the staff conducted a preliminary test that the refrigerant in the air conditioner of the new car leaked, which may be due to the lack of refrigerant when the car left the factory.

On the same day, the staff added refrigerant to Mr. Zhang's car, and the air conditioner could be cooled again, but the air conditioner did not cool when Mr. Zhang was driving the next day, and Mr. Zhang drove the car to the 4S store for repair. after repeated testing and disassembly, the 4S store did not find the reason.

This time, the 4S store proposed to dismantle the car's air conditioner, including the central control and the display screen, but Mr. Zhang disagreed. On the one hand, there is no guarantee that these parts are good after they are dismantled. On the other hand, these parts cannot be guaranteed to be the same as the new car.

The account manager of the 4S store said that the car is made up of thousands of parts, and there is no guarantee that there is nothing wrong with every car. If the car's air conditioner cannot be cooled, there will be something wrong, and the 4S store will not shirk its responsibility. At present, there is still no problem that causes the air conditioner to fail to cool, and further testing is needed.

Mr. Zhang said that his wish is very simple: to get a new car, but according to the national three-guarantee law, the cumulative repair time of the car is more than 35 days or the maintenance caused by product problems is more than 5 times to meet the standard of return and replacement. In view of this, Mr. Zhang's new car does not meet the standard of changing cars.

After negotiation, the customer manager of the 4S store said that there is a certain legal basis for the return and replacement of the car. At present, Mr. Zhang's car does not meet the standard of replacement, but he will feed back Mr. Zhang's opinion to the manufacturer, and then the two sides will communicate and deal with it properly.
