In July this year, the industrial and commercial information of Beijing Tuge Technology Co., Ltd. changed. Founder Wang Lifeng stepped down as legal representative, chairman and manager, Shi Yulian took over, and Wang Wenzi and other five people launched the seats of directors and supervisors.

Some media conducted on-site visits on this matter, but the branches in Xi'an, Chengdu, Tianjin and other places where Tuge is located are empty, and the local industrial and commercial bureau cannot contact the registered residence of the company. At present, Tuge Travel APP has stopped operating, the service hotline has been shut down, a large number of users cannot get deposits, partners are delayed, and employees are also owed wages.

According to the inquiry of China Executive Information Open Network, there are more than 200 car rental contract dispute execution books related to "deposit is difficult to refund". Tuge has been listed as "dishonest executor" dozens of times, and Wang Lifeng has also been restricted from high consumption.

It is understood that Touge Travel was established in July 2015, and in September 2015, Touge Travel APP was officially launched and used. Its travel cars have Mercedes-Benz Smart, BMW MINI, BMW 1 Series and other shared car models. Because it adopts the time-sharing leasing operation mode of "borrowing and returning" and "relay vehicle", users do not need to return the car in the designated area, but can park and return the car only in the compliant parking lot. This operation mode has obtained good market feedback in only two years.

In the middle of 2018, Tuge has operated more than 7000 vehicles in 7 cities and registered more than 3.5 million users, claiming to be the shared car brand with the largest number of vehicles, the largest market share and the largest growth.

According to the data, Tuge has completed six rounds of financing successively, with a total financing amount of about RMB 500 million yuan. However, two months after completing the sixth round of financing in October 2018, it was exposed that the deposit was difficult to refund.

On January 2,2019, Wang Lifeng was blocked by users and employees in Beijing for 8 hours. At present, the company does encounter financial difficulties and cannot refund the deposit normally, but it can still be solved. After that, Wang Lifeng disappeared for half a year.

Tuge got a good market because of the business model of "borrowing and returning", and at the same time, because this business model eventually went to extinction.

It is understood that although the user does not have to park the car to the designated parking lot, parking will generate a certain parking fee, the parking fee will be borne by the next user, if the parking time is too long, the staff of Tuge will take out the vehicle by paying the fare by themselves.

However, this payment method is obviously unfair to the next user. In first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, parking fees are high. Some staff members said that they had paid 100,000 yuan a month for parking fees.

In addition, there are also problems in terms of funds. Some insiders say that shared cars are different from shared bicycles. The cost of shared bicycles is about several hundred yuan to several thousand yuan, while the cost of shared cars is tens of thousands of yuan. If there is no heavy capital investment and the support of the whole vehicle factory, it is difficult to operate.

At present, the reshuffle of shared cars still continues, GoFun, immediate travel, once used cars and other shared car brands are still operating normally, at present there are also traditional car enterprises layout travel business, and launched credit-free way. Of course, there are also some shared cars ushered in the end, such as friends car, Muggle travel, Zhongguan shared car, Bago travel, EZZY and other brands, have long disappeared.
