Mr. Xu said that he did not know where his car was parked after the fire in the workshop, and the appearance of the car was not greatly affected, but there was varying degrees of damage inside the car, so he suspected that the repairman in the workshop had opened the window or for other reasons.

Coincidentally, Tesla, a friend of Mr. Xu, was also parked in the workshop. Mr. Yu said that at that time, his car was parked in the corner, and when Tesla was burning, he melted the sewage pipe on the roof, causing the dirt from the sewage pipe to drop onto Mr. Yu's car, and the whole car was black. On September 9, the Fire Center issued an accident certificate, which showed that after the vehicles involved were soaked in water, the internal heat of the battery caused a fire. In this accident, 2 cars were burned and 13 vehicles were damaged.

Mr. Xu said that it has been more than a month since the incident, and Tesla has not come forward to communicate with car owners.

Mr. Xu again called Tesla customer service, customer service staff said that the final solution needs to be communicated and solved by the repair shop, for such an emergency need to contact the sheet spray center, later will inform the relevant departments to follow up.

It is understood that the name of this repair factory is Hangzhou Xincheng Fast Cat Automobile Service Co., Ltd., which is a sheet spray center authorized by Tesla. When the accident happened, Mr. Xu also contacted the person in charge of the maintenance shop, but did not give a clear solution.

Zhang, manager of Hangzhou Xincheng Express Cat Service Company, said that after receiving the fire control report on September 12, he communicated with the relevant departments, but there has been no clear answer, and the next step is to go through legal procedures to sue accident vehicles, insurance companies and related departments.

On the contrary, Tesla went to repair the damage to varying degrees, which is not easy for anyone. I also hope that the service company can give a practical solution to the dispute with the car owner as soon as possible.
