Then the 4S store referred the problem to the Mercedes-Benz manufacturer, and the report given by the manufacturer was to take the engine apart and check the fault of the parts. Hearing this reply, Mr. Zhang said that he did not agree to take apart the engine and suspected that there was something wrong with the engine itself.

Whether the engine failure of the new car just bought less than 100 kilometers will support changing cars? Mr. Yin, the after-sales manager of the 4S store, said that in the early troubleshooting of this car, it was detected that the fourth cylinder of the engine was malfunctioning. Specific reasons for the malfunctioning of the fourth cylinder need to be further investigated. At present, there is no complete solution to the situation that the vehicle is still shaking when the cold car starts. However, it is too early to talk about changing cars or returning them.

The after-sales manager said that during the three-package period, there are serious problems with the main components, such as the internal failure of the engine or the failure of the engine itself, so as to meet the standards and requirements for the return and replacement of the car. If we really meet such standards and requirements, we will respond positively and deal with them in accordance with our customers' demands.

With the positive attitude of the 4S store, Mr. Zhang also agreed that the Chengyang Lixing 4S store should turn on the engine for further inspection to find out the specific cause of the vehicle shaking when starting at low temperature.
