After two consecutive years of losses, Haima sold its idle properties in April and May to ease the pressure on money.

On April 23, Haima issued an announcement on the sale of idle properties. the announcement shows that 36 idle properties in Shanghai (with a total area of 4339.5 square meters) and 81 idle properties in Haikou City, Hainan Province (with a total area of 6280.6 square meters) will be sold.

On May 16, Haima Motor once again issued an announcement on the sale of idle real estate, which shows that some idle real estate will be sold in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of Jinpan Industrial Development Zone and Jinpan Avenue of Jinpan Industrial Zone in Haikou City. including 269 residential units (with a total area of 14685 square meters) and 15 shops (with a total area of 2729 square meters).

Recently, Haima Motors issued an announcement on the latest progress of the sale of idle properties, which showed that a total of four idle properties were sold by Haima Motors, including three in Haikou City, Hainan Province and one in Pudong New area of Shanghai.

Specific sales information: Shanghai Pudong New area plans to sell 36 properties with a total area of 4340 square meters. Currently, only one property has been sold, with a collection of 2.85 million yuan and 2.85 million yuan.

Seahorse Garden plans to sell 81 sets, a total of 6281 square meters, 41 sets have been sold, receivables 44.45 million yuan, has received 30.69 million yuan.

Jinpan Industrial Development Zone plans to sell 269 residential units with a total area of 14685 square meters. 114 units have been sold, with receivables of 28.43 million yuan and 23.55 million yuan. In addition, 15 sets of idle shops in Jinpan Industrial Development Zone have not been sold.

At present, the 401 idle properties sold by Haima Motor have been sold, with less than 40% completed, with a cumulative collection of 57.09 million yuan and a net profit increase of 36.68 million yuan.

Haima, which was at risk of delisting in 2017 and 2018, had to sell its house to save itself.

The net profit of shareholders belonging to the listed company in 2017 is-994 million yuan, and the net profit in 2018 is-1.637 billion yuan. Losses for two consecutive years make Haima Motor face the risk of delisting.

Haima, which is busy saving itself, also sold its stake in the seahorse research and development company. On September 25, Haima Automobile Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement with its subsidiary Zhengzhou Ruizhishang Industrial Co., Ltd., which transferred its 100% stake in Shanghai Haima Automotive Research and Development Company to Zhengzhou Ruizhishang Industry at a profit and loss price of 806 million yuan during the period between the base date of equity transaction and the date of equity delivery. Haima Motor received a profit of 430 million yuan.

Selling idle assets is also a helpless move to save yourself. in May this year, in order to save the precarious seahorse car, seahorse once again invited back its founder Jingzhu.

On the evening of May 15, 2019, Haima issued an announcement of the board meeting, and Jingzhu was appointed chairman of Haima. On July 8, Jingzhu made its public debut with the new model 8s. As for the sale of the R & D company, Haima Motors said that the relevant personnel of the Haima R & D company had been transferred to Zhengzhou and that the deal had no adverse impact on the company's business.
