As the vehicle was bought in early 2017 and more than two years old from the date of the accident, the amount of compensation will rise to a floating point according to the current second-hand price of 18-190000 of the vehicle market, seeking psychological comfort and psychological balance of the car owner.
Mr. Fan believes that the total cost of the car was about 340000 when it was bought back, but now it is difficult to accept the compensation because of the rear-end collision, and he said that he will continue to negotiate with the 4S store. If the final negotiation is not done, he will go through legal procedures to protect his own rights and interests.
