If the units and individuals who win the index this time do not agree with the time limit for the use of the index and still want to participate in the ordinary lottery or bidding, they can apply for abandoning the index and choose to participate in the next phase of incremental index configuration after giving up.

According to Guangzhou's current regulation and control policy, the allocation quota of ordinary car lottery is 5000 per month, a total of 60, 000 a year, but the increase of 10000 indicators does not occupy the original quota, which is equivalent to an increase of 10000 indicators this year.
