In July, the legal representative of Beijing Tuge Company was changed from Wang Lifeng to Shi Yulian, and the original six directors, supervisors, managers and other important managers of the company also withdrew.

So far, Beijing Tuge Technology Co., Ltd. has a total of 112 enforcement records from multiple courts across the country, and its record of breach of trust has also increased to 19, according to the China Executive Information publicity Network. More than half of the 19 records of unfaithful executors are disputes over the refund deposit with the underlying amount of 1500 yuan.

Prior to this, Tuge shared cars were frequently exposed negative information such as arrears of deposits, arrears of employees' wages and suppliers' payments, and its founder Wang Lifeng was repeatedly besieged by users because of deposit problems.

In the four years since its establishment, Tuge has announced the completion of six rounds of financing, totaling about 500 million yuan, the most recent in October last year.
