On Oct.6, electric car maker Tesla announced Model 3 production and deliveries this year. According to Tesla's filings with the Securities Commission, Model 3 production in the first three quarters of 2019 was 62,950,72,531 and 79839, respectively, totaling 215318 units in three quarters.

In terms of delivery volume, 50900 vehicles, 77550 vehicles and 79600 vehicles were delivered in the first three quarters of 2019, totaling 208050 vehicles delivered to consumers in the three quarters.

According to the published data, Tesla Model 3 production and delivery in the first three quarters exceeded 200,000 vehicles, on average, Model 3 production and delivery in the first three quarters of about 70,000 vehicles, compared with 9766, 28578 and 53239 Tesla Model 3 production in the first three quarters of the year, totaling 91583. In terms of delivery volume, 8180 vehicles, 18440 vehicles and 55840 vehicles were delivered to consumers in the first three quarters of last year, with a total of 82460 vehicles delivered to consumers. From this point of view, in the first three quarters of this year, both output and delivery increased more than twice as much as the same period last year, much higher than last year.

It is understood that the Model 3 is Tesla's current lowest-priced model, and it is also the model with the highest production and delivery volume. In order to further improve Tesla's electric vehicle production, Tesla announced on January 7 that the Shanghai Super Factory officially started construction, nine months have passed, recently some media obtained internal news that Tesla Shanghai Super Factory will be fully put into operation on October 14, the end of the year will achieve the weekly production of 3000 Model 3 electric vehicles target, at present the factory has 8 Model 3 trial vehicles off the line. However, due to uncertainties in orders, labor and suppliers, it is not clear when the year-end production target will be reached.

In addition, Bloomberg reported that Tesla China signed a financing agreement with China Merchants Bank, which includes an unsecured 12-month revolving loan of up to 5 billion yuan. Tesla also said in March that it had signed a 12-month financing agreement with Chinese banks for up to 3.5 billion yuan to build a superplant in Shanghai.

Model 3 has increased a lot compared with last year in terms of output and delivery volume, and Tesla Shanghai Super Factory takes less than a year from start-up to production, so we have to admire the electric vehicle enterprise's ability in electric vehicles. At present, Shanghai Super Factory is nearing production. Once it is put into production successfully, the output and delivery volume of Model 3 will be further improved.
