The punished enterprise "Liangshan Changhong Special purpose vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd." is located at No. 66 Jiliang Road, Liangshan Street Office, Liangshan County. when producing the MXH9400CCY warehouse-grid transport semi-trailer, the company refused to cooperate with the supervision and inspection work, privately damaged the seal of the sample car and replaced the key parts such as the ABS system control unit, sensor harness and rear lower protective device. As a result, the sample car sent to the testing institution is inconsistent with the spot sample car.

The punished enterprise, "China Automobile Commercial vehicle Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou)", is located at 487 Dongxing Road, Tongjun Street, Tonglu County, Hangzhou. In March 2019, according to the relevant reporting clues, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology investigated and verified the problems related to the company's suspected reselling of motor vehicle factory certificates and illegal production of motor vehicle products, and confirmed that the company had entrusted others to process and produce ZQZ5031XLJJX5 caravan products without authorization.

The punished enterprise "Changsha Meihua Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd." is located in Zhujiaqiao, Jiangbei Town, Changsha County, Hunan Province. The strength of TX6601V bus seats and vehicle fixtures produced by the company does not meet the requirements of the mandatory national standard GB13057-2014 "strength of bus seats and vehicle fixtures".

All the above-mentioned products are ordered to stop production and sales, to cancel the product "announcement", and to carry out a six-month rectification and reform. After the rectification and reform is completed, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will check and accept the rectification situation.
