According to official figures released by Chery, Chery sold more than 60, 000 cars in September, up 5% from a month earlier and up 2.4% from January to September. Among them, sales of the newly revamped Ruihu 8 rose all the way in May, with sales of 8089 vehicles, 8730 vehicles, 9241 vehicles, 10198 vehicles and 11890 vehicles respectively from May to September this year. In addition to August, Ruihu 8 sales have exceeded 10,000 for two consecutive months, up 15% from the previous month and 65% from the same period last year, making it the best-selling model under Chery Automobile.

The reason why Ruihu 8 can stand out in the competition has a lot to do with its product power. Ruihu 8 uses Chery's new "Life in Motion" family design language, coupled with the power combination of 1.6T+7DCT, compared with the same price of CS75, Boyue and other models have a great competitive advantage.

In addition to Ruihu 8, sales exceeded 10,000 in the same month, reaching 10289 in September, up 18 per cent from the previous month and 36 per cent from a year earlier. Last year, the new Erizer 5 and Erizer GX were launched one after another to further expand the market coverage and begin to move towards a higher level of the market.

Although the sales volume of the Ruihu 5X did not exceed 10,000 in September, the sales performance was also very good. As a small SUV model, Ruihu 5X has a great competitive advantage over the same car on the market in terms of performance-to-price ratio and configuration. At present, the Ruihu 5X only has the 1.5DVVT version, so it is not easy to have such a result. It is worth noting that the new Ruihu 5X will be officially launched in the first half of next year to further improve the overall strength of Ruihu 5X.

This is the sales situation of Chery in September. Although Chery officially released sales figures for only three models, the sales of these three models have reached 29700, and the rest of the sales are not specified. However, from the previous sales situation, the sales of the Jetway brand and Chery New Energy should be relatively high.

According to the plan, the Jetway brand will launch the X95 in October, which may sell for more than the X90, making it the latest flagship model of the Jetta brand. In terms of appearance, the Jetway X95 uses a larger hexagonal intake grille with a relatively dense dot matrix design, the upper middle position is the English LOGO of the Jetway brand, the edges around the grille are surrounded by chrome strips, and the left and right sides are decorated with black paint. In terms of interior decoration, the Jettos X95 continues the main design style of the Jettos X90 model, with black as the main tone, and adds high-contrast color stitches and more matte chrome strips to embellish the details. In terms of configuration, the central control screen, electronic block handle, handbox, flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel and so on are also equipped in the new car. In addition, the car also offers a choice of 5-seat, 6-seat and 7-seat models. In terms of power, the X95 will be equipped with a 1.6T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 140 kilowatts and a peak torque of 275 Nm. In terms of transmission system, it matches the 8-speed manual self-integrated gearbox.

In the overall car market downward environment, Chery car sales also increased by 5% month-on-month, driven by the Chirui Tiger 8, Erize series and Ruihu 5X models, the continuous improvement of Jetway and Chery New Energy is also expected to achieve sales growth.
