In the 15km/h rear-end collision, the rear-end collision score is 11 (full score 30), structural crashworthiness is 3 (full score 6), maintenance economy score is 7 (full score 24), and weighted score is 7, which is relatively low.

Because the engine cover, headlights and stringers all need to be repaired in the low-speed collision, coupled with the high price and high maintenance price, the economic score of front face maintenance is 0. If the airbag is exposed at low speed, the maintenance ratio will be higher.

In the 25% offset collision on the front of the 64km/h, the overall rating of the Asian dragon is G excellent. The picture shows that the front of the car almost completely collapses, the front of the left door is deformed, but the A-column is not bent, and the front of the bottom reinforcement beam is not as seriously deformed as Lei Ling.

As the Asian Dragon is based on the TNGA architecture, there has been a great improvement in active and passive security, as can be seen from the test results. The positive 25% offset collision score is G (excellent), and the head of the dummy is protected by 10 airbags.

In the side impact, the distance between the B-pillar structure of the Asian dragon and the midline of the driver's seat is 16.5cm, which has a gap compared with the American version of Avalon, and the test conditions between China and the United States are the same, so it can be seen that the strength of the domestic B-pillar is weaker than that of the American version. However, in the roof strength test, the roof frame strength of the domestic Asian dragon is better than that of the American version.

FAW Toyota Asia Dragon got a G (excellent) rating in this test, but got a poor rating in maintenance ratio, and this evaluation has a good score with the score released by C-NCAP the day before yesterday, but the score of Asia Dragon in China Automobile Research Institute is slightly lower than that of Volkswagen Xinlongyi, which has caused a lot of controversy among netizens. However, from the performance of Toyota's recent evaluation of several new cars, all adopt the TNGA architecture, the product passive safety protection is adequate, and the deduction points are relatively few.
