It is understood that in accordance with the provisions of the "measures for the Management of Oil prices," domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days in accordance with the changes in crude oil prices on the international market, and the effective time of the price adjustment is 24:00 on the date of release of the price adjustment. When the price adjustment is less than 50 yuan / ton, it will not be adjusted and will be added or offset in the next price adjustment. This stranding is also the first time this year.

Earlier, in early January, international oil prices recorded the longest consecutive rise in nearly a decade. Up to now, the oil price of domestic finished products has been raised four times in a row in 2019, gasoline has increased by 670 yuan per ton and diesel oil has increased by 645 yuan per ton. Gasoline prices have risen by 670 yuan per ton, while diesel prices have risen by 645 yuan per ton, which is related to the fact that OPEC+ began to implement the production reduction plan in 2019. At present, the retail preferential policies of gas stations are less changed than in the past. Sinopec and other main stations offer concessions of 0.5-0.7 yuan per liter, while private gas stations mostly offer concessions of 0.4-1.2 yuan per liter.
