The design of the car is novel and simple and elegant, and the lower part of the door is transparent glass. The LQ can seat up to four people, has a maximum mileage of 300km, and carries advanced autopilot technology that does not require manual operation on highways and other places.

The car has not yet been decided on the market, but Toyota intends to launch it at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. The LQ will be the leader of the Tokyo Olympic torch relay team and marathon, but will not use autopilot, and Toyota plans to hold a test drive in Tokyo from June to September next year.
