SAIC GM Wuling officially announced that the Wuling Hongguang PLUS is on the market, with three models priced between 6.58 yuan and 79800 yuan, all equipped with a 1.5T engine and a six-speed manual transmission. The new car continues the functions of low price and space practicability of Wuling Hongguang car series, and the overall design is more square and younger. It is worth noting that in addition to the top model, the other two models are equipped with a large area of plastic central control board.

The Wuling Hongguang PLUS is the fifth largest series of models in the Wuling Hongguang family. The new car pays more attention to the exterior design. The overall square shape shows that the body is wider, and the heavy front and vertical rear also look tough. Because of its positioning, Wuling Hongguang Plus still has that sense of cheapness.

The side shape also looks less monotonous, while the tail design line is more complex. With the large opening area of the rear door and the low floor of the trunk, the advantage of Wuling Hongguang as a tool car is reflected. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4720/1840/1810mm and the wheelbase is 2800mm.

In terms of interior decoration, medium and low-equipped models use a large area of plastic central control board to provide manual air conditioning, radio and so on. And the plastic central control large panel appears to be more abrupt, perhaps the user installed it in the later stage. The top model has an 8-inch display screen in the logo part of the central control panel, as well as a multi-function steering wheel, imitation leather seats and so on.

In terms of seat layout, Wuling Hongguang Plus offers two options: 2 "2" 3 type 7 seats and 2 "3" 3 types of 8 seats, and the third row supports two modes of toppling and flipping, and the floor can be designed to be flat.

The Wuling Hongguang Plus still adopts the front and rear drive layout, and the power is replaced with a 1.5T engine named LJO, with a maximum output of 147hp, a peak torque of 250Nm, and meets the national sixth emission standard, while the transmission system is equipped with a six-speed manual transmission.
