Among them, Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd. declared and promoted 114 fuel cell vehicles, which were approved and approved, with a state subsidy of 500000 yuan per vehicle and a final subsidy of 57 million yuan.
Shanghai Automobile Commercial vehicle Co., Ltd. declared and promoted 35 fuel cell vehicles, of which 15 had a mileage of less than 20, 000 kilometers, and were finally approved for 20 vehicles with a subsidy of 10 million yuan.
It is worth noting that according to the subsidy policy in 2017, the state subsidy is synchronized with the local subsidy, which means that fuel cell vehicles that receive state approval subsidies will also receive local subsidies, with the state subsidy 500000 + land subsidy 500000 = a total of 1 million yuan.
As an example, the light passenger FCV80 of the above auto chase fuel cell vehicle was subsidized by the state of 500000, the local subsidy of 500000, the price of the car company at 1.3 million yuan, and the actual price at 300000 yuan.
Although hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have a large amount of subsidies and are not included in the scope of subsidy decline in recent years, it has always been difficult to promote them in the market. According to the 2019 traffic insurance data, SAIC Chase FCV80 sold a total of 305 hydrogen fuel cell buses in the previous July, accounting for 53.42% of the market share, followed by 73 youth cars and 69 median cars.
Due to the slow development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, the Ministry of Finance plans to withdraw subsidies in accordance with established policies.
The Ministry of Finance said that fuel cell vehicles have high costs and a weak industrial base, and the long-term implementation of subsidy policies will lead to over-reliance on enterprises, making it difficult to cope with market competition. China's fuel cell vehicle industry has not made a breakthrough, and its development is still slow with long-term strong support, so the subsidy retrograde should be completed according to the established policy in the policy design.
It means that the Ministry of Finance plans to withdraw subsidies for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles at the same time as the pure electric and plug-in hybrid technology, and is likely to withdraw all subsidies after 2020.
Pure electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles have formed large-scale industrialization under the state subsidy, but the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is slow. After the withdrawal of subsidies in the future, the road of scale industrialization will be more tortuous.
