After arresting the woman, the police, after more than 20 interrogations, successively contacted 10 car rental companies, obtained all vehicle rental contracts, owner information, and vehicle information, and found all the car owners, made more than 90 interrogation transcripts, and completed the complete vein map of Peng Moufeng's extraordinarily fraudulent case.

But the recovery of stolen goods in this case is also tricky. The police divided into several groups and went to Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Sichuan and other 11 regions in 5 provinces for more than a month. Through detailed search and GPS tracking, they seized all the vehicles at one stroke.
