On March 6th, the General Administration of Customs announced that Tesla's Model3 did not meet the national mandatory standards and was supervising its rectification. At the same time, Tesla said that the main causes of the problems are the wrong logic setting of the label printing subsystem during vehicle production, the wrong configuration of the production material table, the manual operation of the production line, and so on. The hidden dangers will be eliminated by replacing the nameplate at the port.

The Commodity Inspection Department disclosed on the notice of lifting the Model 3 safety risk warning that "it is confirmed that the vehicle has completed technical rectification under customs supervision and eliminated the hidden risks."
