According to the salesperson, the vehicle had been sold to customers before, but because the car wheels were wrong with the model chosen by the former customer, they returned the car. So this half of the tank is left by the previous customer who filled it up.

In this regard, Ms. Zhang knew that the vehicle had been sold. However, a manager of the 4S store said that they had informed Ms. Zhang about a series of situations such as invoicing and insurance.

Ms. Zhang also said that after driving the car for a few days, she found that there were many problems with the vehicle, including insensitive ignition. Chassis oil leakage and so on, so the vehicle was sent back to the 4S store for maintenance, but the 4S store said it needed to take the vehicle apart before it could be repaired. In this regard, Ms. Zhang hopes that the 4S store can issue a maintenance agreement, and if there are still problems after vehicle maintenance, it can be returned and replaced, but it has been rejected by the 4S store.

At present, a manager of the Mercedes-Benz 4S store said that they will actively communicate with Ms. Zhang and come up with a reasonable solution.
