The notice from the exposure shows that due to the influence of national policy, new energy vehicle consumption market environment and different national and local policy changes, the company has encountered periodic experience difficulties and will implement adjustment and reform. A holiday will be arranged for all personnel of the company from November 1, 2019 until further notice before the end date.

According to media reports, the car company involved is a new car-building enterprise. Minan Automobile, which started from spare parts, was established in 2013, the full name is Jiangsu Minan Electric vehicle Co., Ltd., funded by Zhantu (China) Investment Co., Ltd. And Huaian Development Holdings Co., Ltd., among them, Zhantu is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan Minshi Group, which is a world-renowned auto parts manufacturer. Famous for its high-end accessories, the main customers are BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota and so on.

It is understood that Minan Automobile was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission's pure electric passenger vehicle project in 2016, becoming the fifth company to obtain a license for the production of new energy vehicles, earlier than high-profile car manufacturers such as NIO, Weimar, Xiaopeng, che and home. However, after getting the new energy vehicle production license, it has been unable to launch its products for a long time.

According to officials, the construction project of Minan Automobile Huaian production Base was officially launched in early 2017, with a total investment of 8.3 billion yuan and a planned area of 947 mu. When the factory is completed, it can produce up to 80, 000 pure electric vehicles per year.

With the addition of more and more new power car companies, who is the first to deliver will be the first to eat "crab", Minan Automobile has also begun to shorten and simplify the verification test.

It was not until July 2018 that the pure electric SUV, code-named "A2001", was officially taken off the line of Minan's first model. The car will then enter the experimental verification phase, and the mass production car is scheduled to go on sale at the end of 2019 or early 2020. This means that Minan's first model may be less than two years from trial to launch, which makes people worry about its quality control problems.

As a matter of fact, Minan Motor has long been in financial difficulties and even owed payment to its suppliers. In order to control costs, the company began to lay off staff a year ago. Through many layoffs, Minan Automobile has dropped from nearly 800 at the time of the production qualification audit in November 2018 to less than 300 now. These 300 people include all R & D personnel, financial and management personnel, purchasing and quality personnel, logistics personnel, pilot personnel, front-line production staff, etc., of which only about 100 R & D personnel remain.

Even the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the declaration information of MX-6, the first mass-produced model of Jiangsu Minan Automobile. However, it requires a lot of capital investment, and the senior management of the company suspended the mold development work under the pretext of product optimization and improvement. The mold development of the A2001 model has not been completed, so the connection debugging and acceptance of the production lines of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly can not be carried out. As the mold development stopped, the model could not be put into production, and the production introduction actually made no progress.

Today, Minan Automobile is facing operational difficulties, which indicates that the new force of car building "reshuffle" has begun, and even the new force Fengkou car company is facing repeated difficulties, not to mention marginal car companies whose models have not even been unveiled.
